The proper time to SAVE money is when you are still SINGLE, without responsibility, but unfortunately most youth use this stage of their life to SPEND! SPEND!! and SPEND!!! on frivolities. While the time to SPEND is when you get married and have lots of responsibilities (man or woman). As the man, the responsibilities of your wife, children, parents, younger ones, relatives, and others all lie on your head especially if you are the first child. As a married man or woman, you can't just do without SPENDING, as responsibilities will always arise for you to SPEND, such as; your children's school fees, house rents, general house up keeps and others.
